TCI provides a very boilerplate solution with TCI. Using 3.5 it has limited our abiulity to correctly calulate key ratios and auto approval capabilities. They have stated that in order to acheive what we want we must upgrade. Customer service is lacking. Numerous days go by before responses are made.
