GBS provided our core software support with excellent customer service.  The company is employee own and their interest in superior service shows.  A poll of our local managers agreed that there was no reason to change vendors when we were looking to save money.  In a comparison of cost they were competitive.  The staff was professional, fast to return calls, accurate and truly concerned that my experience with the ShareTec system went smoothly when I was a newbie learning the system.  And their world headquarters are local, here in Ohio.
